MINISTERIAL STAFF

Brother Bryan Morris - Senior Pastor

Bro. Bryan Morris began his ministry as Pastor of Ararat Baptist Church in December of 2022. Bro. Bryan has been in ministry since 1997 serving in various positions. He has served churches in Arkansas, Middle TN, and West TN. Pastor Bryan and his wife Rachel have been married since 1/2/99, and they have three wonderful children (Hunter, Bailey, and Kendall). Pastor Bryan holds a B.A. in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Counseling with a specialization in Addictions. He has also studied at Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary along with Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. 

Micaiah Rogers - Youth Minister

Bro. Micaiah Rogers began his ministry at Ararat in June of 2023. Micaiah has served in other churches in West, TN in various roles. He has been serving in Youth Ministry for the last couple of years, along with extensive work in media too. He recently graduated from Union University with a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Studies and has been married to Alyssa Rogers since May of 2024. He is currently enrolled at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, attending through an extension program on Union's campus. Micaiah is passionate about the Youth at Ararat and focuses on simple daily actions to grow one closer to Christ in all of their lessons and activities.

Rachel Morris - Children's Director

Rachel Morris is the wife of Bryan Morris. She heads up the children's programs at our church, making sure that our performances are not only enjoyable and educational to the audience but also spirit-growing for those involved. Organizing all of the lesson plans used by our children's ministry, she ensures that our children are growing spiritually while they enjoy their time at church.

Thomas Lynn - Music Minister

Thomas Lynn is Bryan and Rachel Morris's brother-in-law, and he and his wife Katherine are the perfect dynamic duo for Sunday Morning Worship. Thomas began serving at Ararat in June of 2023 and endeavors to put deep theology on the lips of the people he leads.

Sara Luedecke - Ministry Assistant

Sara Luedecke is the mother of four children and the wife of Lynn Luedecke. She began as Ararat's Ministry Assistant only recently, but she has proven herself to be a very worthy asset to this ministry! From printing schedules to sending out Ararat's monthly newsletters, Sara does her job to its fullest.
